Compared with other vibrators, the Uras Vibrator has increased precision of frame and bracket construction to minimize air gap between stator and rotor, and increase motor efficiency. Also, other vibrator makers don’t supply cables with their vibrators, and they don’t use a compound in the terminal box to protect the wiring, so they are much more susceptible to wiring damage, disconnection, and shorting. Further, most other makers’ vibrators are not fan-cooled, and often have heat problems which decrease the bearing life. The Uras Vibrators are totally enclosed fan cooled motors, using double labyrinth construction to prevent dust and water from entering the motor.
