Need to much spece !!
We want the machine to be more compact so that it can pass through a narrow space.
After
Huge space !!
We succeeded in being more compact in terms of the whole machine and increased the battery capacity by replacing a PLC and converter with an integrated DC motor.
■Result
The PLC's role was replaced by an analog board. Thus, the machine can read magnetic tape from the analog board. Now we are considering removing the analog board and embedding the magnetic tape and reading the magnetic tape directly. By doing so, the machine will become more compact and lightweight.
