DHOWA TECHNOS introduced a food cutting automation system. The cutting materials are formed repeatedly into distinct pieces and then they are detached from the blade of the knife. This process is completely automated.

As a result, both production speed and volume have increased. In addition, automation has improved the quality of sanitation in food processing.
