DHOWA TECHNOS has grown and developed into what it is today by providing a great number of manufacturers of steel, chemicals, electrical machinery, semi-conductors, and other items with the industrial machinery, equipment, devices, and products required for the production activities carried out at their manufacturing sites. Since our establishment after World War II, our support of the manufacturers that make up our customer base and our "on-the-ground" sales style which responds quickly to manufacturing site needs have allowed our company to gain the trust of our customers and achieve excellent results for more than 60 years. However, in order to continue to ensure customer satisfaction, we do not content ourselves with these results, and instead push forward for further growth. We do not merely offer products and systems; rather, we take the initiative to acquire high-level knowledge and proposal-making abilities in order to be a partner that can provide solutions to the issues and problems faced by manufacturing sites. As manufacturing requires constant progress, it faces a multitude of problems and issues such as energy conservation, environmental measures, automation, cost reduction, production optimization, and safety measures. Our company helps to provide solutions by identifying issues and problems from both visible (apparent) and invisible (latent) factors, and then applying our accumulated know-how to relentlessly pursue the necessary technologies and services.

Since the establishment of DHOWA TECHNOS when first maintaining and servicing electrical equipment for coal mines following World War II and until the present day, our company has never shied away from a respect for the principle of proper management, providing products and services to the manufacturers who form the foundation of society.
We think of this role as a mission to contribute to our customers and society, and we put our utmost effort into continuing this initiative.Consequently, in order to keep fulfilling our everlasting mission, the returns (a reasonable profit) which we acquire from this mission are returned as resources for the well-being of those who shoulder this mission on the frontline-our workers, thereby strengthening the foundation of the company. October 1948

Established as Dhowa Shokai Co., Ltd. in Yahata City (now the Yahatanishi-ku of Kitakyushu City) as a parts supplier (subsequently expanded into repair and remodeling) for YASKAWA Electric Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (now Yaskawa Electric Corporation).

July 1954

Yahata Zetsuen Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (now EIM ELECTRIC CO., LTD.) is established.

October 1961

Relocated to a newly constructed (including head office, warehouse, and wiring board work) in Yahata City (now the Yahatanishi-ku of Kitakyushu City) as the former head office was becoming too small for the growing company.

April 1963

Becomes a distributor for YASKAWA Electric Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

May 1963

Registered as a contractor for the installation of electrically wired equipment by Fukuoka prefecture.

July 1963

Yahata Zetsuen Manufacturing Co., Ltd. begins trading under the name of EIM ELECTRIC CO., LTD.

April 1964

The wiring board manufacturing division is incorporated into EIM ELECTRIC CO., LTD.

April 1974

Approval from the Minister of Construction (now the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) for electrical work, piping work, and machinery installation work is obtained.

April 1978

EIM Control Systems Co., Ltd is established and separated from EIM ELECTRIC CO., LTD. as the wiring board division.

December 1988

A headquarters is established in Kurosaki Shiroishi, Yahatanishi-ku and the Kyushu branch is relocated.

March 1993

CI is introduced.The company name is changed to DHOWA TECHNOS CO., LTD. and a new symbol and logo are created.

February 2002

Due to land readjustment in the former location, the current headquarters is built.

October 2002

Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport approval for telecommunications is obtained.

April 2010

Resident offices are opened in Russia.

January 2012

A Thai subsidiary is established.

April 2012

An addition to the headquarters is constructed.

An expansion into the agricultural sector sees the launch of agricultural net SpectralX.
