In Tokyo, on September 28, 2018, one of our overseas subsidiaries, "DHOWA TECHNOS Rus LLC", and a Japanese level switch manufacturer, "TOWA SEIDEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.", as well as a Russian trading company, "ElMetro-Engineering LLC.", entered into a joint OEM Agreement.

We are extremely pleased to be able to share this wonderful news.

At present, the Russian government has adopted an Import Substitution Policy, which grants favorable treatment to foreign companies using products manufactured in Russia.

Japanese products, however, continue to enjoy perennial popularity of technologies and quality, in Russia.

Recently, efforts to secure high quality Japanese products have been increasing, either through establishing joint ventures, or entering into OEM agreements.

The recent OEM Agreement, described above, has also generated a strong request from "ElMetro-Engineering LLC." in Russia, and we hope this will not only result in regular orders from them but will lead to business expansion for both our organizations.
